Alice in Chains
The music of Alice in Chains has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. They played here in Boise last night and my buddy Greg was nice enough to get us tickets.
As expected they fucking rocked. Seeing Jerry Cantrell up and personal was pretty awesome.
I remember exactly where I was when I first saw the Man in Box video on MTV.
That riff, Layne’s voice, the color of the video, everything about it still gives me goosebumps.
Stoked to have finally seen them play after all of these years.
